Aspiring photographers, amateur photographers and people with an appreciation for a different perspective, you are in for a treat.
I find it quite difficult to put words to something that is already awesome, or beautiful -such as a picture or art- purely because a picture speaks to so many people in so many different ways…
Bottom line, I think these pictures are pretty awesome. They were taken using a technique called Tilt-shift photography, which has been around since the inception of photography. It has just been perfected here by Helen Papagiannis, a designer, researcher and artist specializing in Augmented Reality (AR).
Believe it or not, but these are real pictures of actual locations. It is the perspective, and the application of Tilt and Shift that makes the elements in the picture look like miniatures or models.
