Dishonored release date & new artwork

The upcoming Bethesda game, Dishonored, has received a release date as well a series of new artwork that is intriguing to say the least.

Dishonored will be available on October 9th 2012 on PC, Xbox and PS3. I’m especially intrigued by this surreal painting of – billowing blue bedsheets? It doesn’t seem to fit with the rest of the games steampunk style artwork. It could hint at another realm/dimension which might link back to the strange magical abilities that the main character has. Whatever it is, I’m deathly curious now.
