Mann vs Machine: Team Fortress 2 update

Brand new co-op mode for Team Fortress 2 announced! Available globally for free, tomorrow.

Team Fortress 2 has had a strong following since it launched and that following has only grown since Valve made it free to play. Just to prove that Valve value their fans they have just announced a huge update to TF2 with an all new game mode: Mann vs Machine.

Mann vs Machine is a co-op Horde Mode style game that puts you and up to 5 buddies against waves of evil machines. Similar to the Gears of War Horde mode Mann vs Machine will allow you time between rounds to upgrade kit and prepare for the next onslaught. I’m looking forward to seeing what the distinctions betweent he different classes brings to the game – the Engineer being the most obvious one, setting defensive turrents – but what about the others?
