New Borderlands 2 DLC – Captain Scarlett & her Pirate’s Booty

The guys at Gearbox have just released a brand new campaign DLC expansion for Borderlands 2 featuring Pirates!

 

Ready for a swashbuckling adventure with Captain Scarlett and her Pirate’s Booty? Well you better be because the new DLC is available today. The new content opens up a new destination to travel to called Oasis, a pirate island. It promises new guns, items, enemies, quests and even a brand new vehicle called a Sand Skiff. One of the best things about Borderlands 2 is the variation in scenery and mission types, this new DLC continues that with this pirate themed campaign.

Enter the hostile wastelands of Pirate Bay in search of ancient treasure buried somewhere in the waste, a cache that would make even the most stoic of Pandora explorers hunger for its discovery. It’s rumored to be guarded by the largest, most vicious creature on Pandora – but that shouldn’t deter a real adventurer… featuring new wasteland locations, new enemies, new quests, and much more loot!

It’s going to cost you $9.99 on Steam or you can buy a season pass (access to all DLC) for $29.99.
