Treyarch are anticipating that the new Revolutions DLC for Call of Duty Black Ops II is going to take up a LOT of your time. So they have kick started the Replacer Initiative. Someone to stand in for you during those tedious real world problems so that you can spend more time kicking ass in Black Ops 2.
