The concept is pretty simple: provide you with a notification (either via email or sms) when your account is entered with a device that you don’t regularly use. Simple to understand. Simple to activate.

Step 1

Log into your Facebook account. Click on the ‘Account’ drop down menu and choose ‘Account settings’

Step 2

Scroll down until you see ‘Account Security’ and click on ‘change’. This is where you can turn your notifications on or off when your account is accessed from a new device.

Voila. As easy as pie.
