The Explosion of the iPad and tablet devices
The launch of Apple’s iPad recieved a wide range of critisim, with one of the main points being “I have a laptop, I have a smartphone, why would I need an iPad?” I think Apple managed to make that question redundant, no-one needs an iPad, what Apple did really well is create the demand for people to want it really badly.
